In our first episode, we'll be asking you some deep questions to get into your leadership mindset. This is the place you will want to be whenever you are leading or learning about leading. In order to know where we are going, we need to know where we are! Consider this your starting point.

In our second episode, we dive into the popular topic of motivation. We take a page out of Daniel Pink's Drive: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us and learn about autonomy, mastery, and purpose.

Episode 3: Why am I so tired?

It's the end of the day.

You're exhausted.

You look back on what you've accomplished and wonder: "How am I this tired when I feel like I got so little accomplished?"

A lot of that feeling depends on how much emotional labor you're spending throughout the day. Listen to learn what emotional labor is, how to gauge it, and how to use less and have more energy for the things you truly enjoy! (And even for the things you don't!)
